Check-In / Check-Out
Everything you need to know about arriving at and departing from your apartment. We have made self check-in easy and seamless.
Please ensure you have received your access codes before arrival. Check your email for the welcome message.
Arrival Overview
Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards. For early arrivals, please contact us in advance.
Self Check-In Steps
- 1Locate the Key Box
Find the key box at the main entrance. It is located to the right of the door.
- 2Enter Your Code
Enter the 6-digit code provided in your welcome email.
- 3Retrieve Your Keys
Take your apartment keys and the mailbox key from inside.
- 4Enter the Building
Use the main entrance key or buzzer code to access the building.
- 5Find Your Apartment
Take the elevator or stairs to your floor. Your apartment number is on the door.
Check-Out Checklist
- 1Remove Personal Belongings
Please ensure all your personal items are packed.
- 2Dispose of Perishables
Empty the refrigerator and dispose of any food items.
- 3Close All Windows
Ensure all windows and balcony doors are securely closed.
- 4Turn Off Appliances
Switch off lights, heating/AC, and unplug non-essential devices.
- 5Return Keys
Place all keys back in the key box and lock it with the code.
